Manufacturing

  How much time does manufacturing take?

  We have two types of product categories: ‘In stock’ and ‘Made on order’. While we require 2-3 weeks to ready and dispatch ‘In Stock’ products, we require 8-12 weeks to manufacture and dispatch ‘Made on order’ products. We try our absolute best to expedite our production process, and deliver all orders before the aforementioned timelines.

  Is it possible to change the polish of furniture items?

  yes, it is possible to change the polish or finish of the furniture while placing the order. In some cases, different finishes are available for tables for which the finish option is shown on the images.

  Is it possible to change the upholstery of furniture items?

  Yes, we always let client send their own upholstery fabric.

  Will the products be same as what I see on your website?

  All our products shown on the website are real products. Where we try and show the products as close as possible to the reality, sometimes due to lighting, screen calibrations, photography the product finish may appear slightly different, its best to ask for a video call to see the product before making a purchase.

  do you add more products to your website ?

  yes , we do add products very month to our website. 

Delivery

  Do you deliver pan India?

  We work with reliable shipping partners who can deliver furniture across all Indian states. If you have a query about delivery to your pin code, we request you to get in touch with us on akansha@vintagejaipur.com

  Do you deliver overseas ?

  Yes we have a valid export license to deliver overseas.  If you have a query about delivery to your pin code, we request you to get in touch with us on akansha@vintagejaipur.com

Packing

  How do you pack items/products?

  For the safety of the goods during the transit and unpredictable and multiple handling at times, we secure most of the goods with strong corrugated crates. We understand that these crates make the packaging bulky, however they are absolutely necessary for securing the product.

  I want to buy a product as a gift can you gift wrap it for me?

  Yes,  we can

  Can I see the furniture physically somewhere before buying?

  Yes, you can visit our experience studio located in Jaipur to see the products, but do take prior appointment.
