Shipping Policy
- We have two types of product categories: ‘In stock’ and ‘Made on order’. While we require 2-3 weeks to ready and dispatch ‘In Stock’ products, we require 8-12 weeks to manufacture and dispatch ‘Made on order’ products. ones the product is ready Delivery of a product within India will take one- three weeks, for more details please contact us on our customer care.
- DH may postpone any delivery in the case of production problems affecting the quantity of goods or the quality of goods produced. If such delay last longer than 1 calendar month plus the given time, we will refund the amount.
- For international shipping, there will be additional delivery charges based on the location. Once your order is finalised , we can give you an estimate for delivery charges and delivery time.
- Please note that while we make every effort to ensure a timely delivery, DH is not liable for any shipping delays due to unforeseen factors, such as customs delays, weather conditions, and items lost or stolen while in possession of the shipping carrier.
